Tax tribunal reject Apple’s claims on warranty provisions

Ruling that Apple had derived an income advantage by using more warranty provisions than it was entitled to, the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal in Bengaluru disallowed the deductions claimed by the iPhone maker.
